Swedish office based role, Tourism industry

My client, a large and well known tour operator, currently has a vacancy for an experience customer care professional with fluent Swedish and English. This is an exciting opportunity to join a large and successful company, which has a very inclusive and friendly work environment.

Duties will include

    Taking calls from clients and solving problems (this is not a call centre)
    Sending out quotations to clients and following up with them regarding queries
    Working on projects such as assisting with conference planning or tours
    Multitasking in a busy environment
    Building relationships with clients
    Dealing with queries relating to online travel or tours
    Coordinating with suppliers in relation to group travel arrangements

The ideal candidate will

    Be a team player with excellent communication skills
    Be computer literate with previous office based experience
    Have previous experience from the travel/ tourism industry
    Have a proven ability to build relationships and deal with customers in a professional manner
    Have worked in a similar role for a tour operator company previously *this is highly desirable
