Company Profile: For a well-established group of Company dealing with printing, packaging & publishing for their FMCG products is looking for a Receptionist/ Admin Coordinator –(Indian/ Filipina – female)for their office in Jebel Ali FZE,.Office timing 9 AM – 6 PM. Sunday to Thursday
Benefits: Salary- AED 5,000 – AED 7,000 (based on experience and skills), Medicals & air ticket (self)
Responsibilities: Should have good communication skills and telephone etiquette. Should be very proficient in MS office.Coordinate with other departments, should have knowledge in preparing LPO, quotations and invoice. Assist all other office administrative duties. Should be well organized in keeping records, following up on pending jobs, etc.
Skills: Must be excellent in English and have good skills in MS Office, preparing reports, etc.
Education: A degree holder
