Job Details: Daily Production schedule for wrapping and chocolate department under the supervision of OP Manager. Communicate and process all order forms for Production. Communicate with Sales team and Boutique for order related inquiries as needed. Supervise and manage the daily production activities of departments mainly, chocolate, wrapping, pastry and Sp.Cakes. Coordinating with All departments and Logistics for timely delivery of orders. Coordinating with purchasing department for timely delivery of raw materials and packaging needed for orders. Thorough understanding of Recipes and formulation and subsequent monitoring of the staffs for strict adherence to the recipe and standards in coordination with executive chef. Strong Organization skills to manage and organize the production related activities in the best orderly manner. Weekly and Monthly reports to OP Manager
Data Entry for ERP System:
Shall be responsible for the Below Data Entries on Daily basis:
Daily Production report entries from Pastry and Sp.Cake Department. Cross verify the daily production entries from chocolate and wrapping department in the system. Cake entry details for each Sp.Cake orders on Daily basis based on the report submitted from Sp.Cake department. Inventory report Data entry for all warehouses. Frequent checking on physical stock and recipes with the data on the system for system effectiveness.
Requirements: Desired Qualification: Experience in FMCG Industry desirable (Min 2 Years).Background in Food Technology, Food Engineering preferred.Preferably a Male Candidate. Strong Organizational skills and leadership quality is a must
