About the Role: To contribute to the organisations overall performance by providing support, encouragement, practical advice implement and assistance to CDP clients to ensure active engagement in CDP activities. On-going job seeker contacts and case management will be conducted in conjunction with activities. You will be expected to play an active role in the case management team.
To be Successful We are looking for an organised and motivated candidate with: Relevant trade qualifications or multi skilled building industry experience Strong ability to motivate and lead small teams with empathy and positivity. Ability to work with unemployed and disadvantaged jobseekers. Ability to supervise and develop CDP Projects. Have strong interpersonal skills and be able to provide a high level of service and communication to all colleagues.
Proven ability to work well in a small team and demonstrated capacity to self-manage commitments and deadlines and solve routine problems. Good oral and written communication skills. Significant experience in a client service role including experience in managing conflict.
Proven ability to communicate sensitively and effectively with divers cultural backgrounds. A knowledge and understanding of occupational health and safety principles and practices. About working at Ironbark, Company vehicle, Generous remuneration, 5 weeks annual leave with 17.5% leave loading.
