Projects Manager Vacancy in Dubai, A well-established real estate development company in Dubai is looking for the following engineering professional - Projects Manager - (Design and Construction) - Remuneration: AED 45,000/month - Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering / Architecture, with minimum 10 years of project development experience in major real estate development projects. Substantial experience in managing the real estate development, from design coordination to construction and handover. Proven expertise in design, time management and construction. Knack of verifying, value engineering and co-ordination for structural, architectural, MEP and other services details for the efficient development of the project. Familiar with local authority and building codes requirements. Strong leadership quality.
