Motel Experienced Manager, Manager Couple Wanted. Aowei Group International Pty Ltd. Goulburn, Southern Highlands & Tablelands NSW. Management (Hospitality & Tourism). Full time. $86,667 – $130,000 per year. Start Date from 1st January, 2025.

Responsible, hands-on, and customer-focused one or couple manager to join our team. This position is at one of our busy motels in Goulburn NSW. 2 bedrooms units provided as manager residence. Comfortable and clean 28 rooms and some cabins. Linen outsourced, Towels and pillow cases washed on sites by managers. We have good cleaners staff in place. Lovely garden and ground needs good attention, manager needs to be very hands- on, good at gardening and repair/ maintenance.

No Pool and Restaurant on site, only cook hot and continental breakfast which served in the room.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Overseeing daily operations of the motel, including check-in and check-out procedures, housekeeping, maintenance, and staff management. Ensuring a high level of customer service and satisfaction. Managing budgets, financial reporting and bookkeeping. Developing and implementing sales and marketing strategies to increase revenue. Maintaining high standards of cleanliness, safety, and security throughout the property.

The ideal candidate(s) will possess the following skills and qualifications: Previous experience in motel or hotel management. Experience and Hands-on skills are must. General maintenance and gardening skills required. Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills. Strong financial and budgeting skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Basic computer skills, including knowledge of property management systems. Start: ASAP for 6moths or 12 month contract or longer.
