 Qualifications
1. Must have excellent leadership, management and networking skills
2. Have excellent oral and written communication skills
3. Must exercise good customer service skills to both internal and external employees or clients
4. Have good time management skills and the ability to multi-task
5.  Have strong competency in using Microsoft Office applications
6. Must be dependable and trustworthy
7. Must be goal and detail oriented
8. Must be self motivated, focused, and persistent
Duties and Responsibilities
1. Maintains office efficiency by organizing office operations and procedures;
2. Designs and implements office policies by establishing standards and procedures; measuring results against standards; making  necessary adjustments.
3. Completes operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees; following up on work results.
4. Keeps management informed by reviewing and analyzing special reports; summarizing information; identifying trends.
5. Maintains office staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees.
6. Maintains office staff job results by coaching, counseling, and disciplining employees; planning, monitoring, and appraising job results.
7. Contributes to team effort by performing related duties as needed.
