Requirements: Matric. Experience in a similar position in maintenance administration. Red Rabbit experience (Beneficial). Computer literate. Valid driver’s license and own transport.

Key Performance Areas: Attend to all day-to-day maintenance on the rental portfolio. You will have a list of approved contractors that you will work with on each development. Each contractor will sign a service level agreement (SLA) which must be adhered to Attend to all reported maintenance and open tickets on red rabbit. Assign approved contractors. Obtain quotations. Get quotations approved by the responsible party’s. Give the go ahead to the contractors.

Ensure feedback is given to all parties after each step is completed. Contractors to send in pictures of the jobs once completed. Obtain invoices and send to Portfolio administrators to load on to Payprop. You will work predominantly on the following programs: Red Rabbit, Payprop, Microsoft office - Excel, Google docs.
