Excellent opportunity for German speaker with exposure to Quality Management to take up challenging position with leading Life Insurance provider in Dublin

 

Responsibilities & Duties:

    Independent handling of complaints related to the German business while maintaining quality and service standards.
    Cooperation with other departments to answer customer queries
    Collaboration with Legal and Compliance
    As part of your authority you weigh up diligently customer’s and company’s interests, solve problems and  make decisions
    Orientation in the products, deepening your knowledge and you skills
    Familiarisation with the operations of the company
    Reporting to Senior Management

 

Necessary skills & Experience:

    Understanding of relevant legislation and applicable regulations
    Very good written and verbal communication skills in German and English
    Knowledge of standard MS- Office application
    Interpersonal skills and conscientious way of working
    Attention to details and you keep even in stressful times a cool head
    Previous experience in the Insurance sector
