Accounting Clerk/ Junior Bookkeeper (PTA) - Non-EE, Eastern Pretoria, Pretoria / Tshwane.

Introduction: A national transport company will hire a skilled Accounting Clerk/ Jnr Bookkeeper to assist the Finance department. The successful candidate should ideally reside in Pretoria East, or willing to relocate.

Duties & Responsibilities: Provide accounting and clerical support to the Finance department. Comply with company policies, procedures and relevant accounting deadlines. Prepare and maintain accounting documents and records. Conduct meticulous account reconcilliations. Ensure accurate payroll administration.

Keep a thorough record of business transactions and update accordingly in the financial database. Submit timely accounting/ financial reports to management. Engage in any ad hoc admin duties and requirements.

Minimum Requirements: Matric/ Grade 12 qualification. A tertiary qualification in Accounting/ Bookkeeping/ similar (BENEFICIAL/ NOT REQUIRED). 1 to 3 years relevant work experience. Computer literate. Proficient MS Office skills. Practical Pastel knowledge and experience. Attention to detail and accuracy. Task-orientated and self-motivated. Good Afrikaans and English verbal and written communication skills. Driver's license and own reliable transport. Ideally reside in Pretoria East, or willing to relocate. NB NO JOB HOPPERS will be considered.

Package & Remuneration: R12000 - R15000 CTC p/m
