Permanent Creditors Clerk. Other, Northern Suburbs. Creditors Clerk (Junior/Mid Level). Well known manufacturing and wholesale company based in the Northern Suburbs of Cape Town is seeking to appoint a Creditors Clerk.

Requirements: Grade 12 / National Senior Certificate. Applicable Tertiary Qualification. Deadline driven and highly accurate. Excellent communication skills. Sage Pastel proficient. Microsoft Office proficient.

Key areas of responsibility Processing: invoices, goods received notes, credit notes, journals, cash book entries and matching open items.

Age Analysis / Create: new suppliers, preparing daily COD payment schedule, and conciliate COD, current and 30-day accounts.

Suppliers: Actively resolving any queries on accounts and questioning differences. Assisting Accountant with yearly audits. Training and overseeing the buyer with the procurement process and procedure. Any other ad-hoc tasks as requested by management. Please note that only shortlisted candidates will be contacted.
