Property Consultant, Location, East London, Eastern Cape, Advertised By Agency, Job Type Full-Time. Large Property Organization, requires Property Consultants to enhance its reputation amongst both the public and members of the industry.

Inherent: Matric, Drivers license and own car, MDA experience – preferably, Please note: for the first six months the candidate will receive a fixed salary; thereafter commission only to the value of 50% of sapoa.

Responsibility: As Property Consultant, the individual’s responsibilities will include covering leasing and marketing efforts, meeting agreed targets / budgets, and promoting the organization's presence, managing the leasing administration function, streamlining processes and systems wherever possible, and advising senior management on maximizing business relationships and creating an environment where customer service can flourish.

This will encompass the following: Letting and marketing management. Reporting on MDA, creating a database. New business. Weekly and monthly reports to National Leasing Manager on activities. Involvement in the preparation of the annual budget.
