Research Economists: Salary £32,779-£48,046 per annum, IFS is looking to recruit a number of outstanding economists to join our research teams.

We welcome applications from: those expecting to graduate in 2016 with an extremely good degree in economics; graduates with an extremely good degree in economics who are expecting to complete an MSc in 2016; exceptional economists with some experience in research, in academia, public or private sectors.

IFS runs an annual graduate scholarship programme. The funding for these scholarships is through University College London. UCL finances one or more students to undertake research leading to a degree or PhD.

IFS scholars, who will be expected to have already completed a master’s degree, will register as full-time students at the Department of Economics, University College London and will have access to the extensive research facilities of IFS and UCL.

Summer Students, £370 per week

We welcome applications from those in their penultimate year of an undergraduate degree with a strong economics component and from those in their final year and planning to start studying for a master’s degree in Economics.
