Economist

Our client, a leading global provider of property services (asset management, sales, lettings, consultancy, etc.) are currently recruiting for an Economist to join their Dublin City Centre research team. The successful candidate, working closely with the Head of Research, will be primarily responsible for the development and reporting of scheduled and ad-hoc Economic commentary for internal use and external publication.

Responsibilities

    * Provide market facing teams with economic updates
    * Produce reports for external publication related to economic and property market/industry trends
    * Continuously update and improve report presentation and development
    * Ensure internal teams have a strong understanding of reports produced; providing in-depth explanation where required
    * Effective and efficient management of data

Requirements

    * 3+ years in a similar Economist role from consultancy or industry
    * Strong report writing skills with experience of producing market updates and commentary on an ongoing basis
    * Advanced MS Excel skills
