Software Developer - Server Side
We’re searching for BC’s top Java developers to join our exceptional Server Side Development Team and help build the software that connects our stack together.
You are a highly experienced programmer who knows everything there is to know about Java EE development. You are a black belt in JDK. A Jedi of Java. You can talk any code into doing your bidding and distributed systems are your playthings. You believe in doing things The Right Way and can teach Padawan learners in The Order’s ways. You’re passionate about quality, big into integrity, and your middle name is “Reliability”. You would have chosen “Performance” if it wasn’t so awkward in casual conversation…
You have strong opinions about technology that you gladly share with your colleagues, friends, Mom, whoever. You love a challenge and have a penchant for problem solving. You are a true team-player with unlimited patience; even when explaining the essentials of cross-platform programming to your Mom. Again.
You’re looking for a like-minded team of professionals, a collaborative, supportive environment, and some genuinely cool software to work with. You have a degree in Computer Science or a related field and have spent at least 3 years developing production quality server software in Java.

Experience
• Degree or similar qualification in Computer Science or a related field
• At least 3 years experience developing production quality server software in Java

• RESTful API Development (desirable)
• Databases (desirable)
