Specific Skills: Plan, organize and direct daily operations, Establish and implement policies and procedures, Assign, co-ordinate and review projects and programs, Review programs to ensure conformance to school board or provincial standards, Co-ordinate teaching activities, Recommend curriculum revisions and additions, Authorize the scheduling of courses, Direct or supervise the recruitment, training, evaluation and promotion of teachers, Oversee the analysis of data and information, Oversee the preparation of reports, Direct and co-ordinate school maintenance, Oversee the development of curriculum for training programs, Consult with teachers, parents, board of governors and government officials, Evaluate curriculum and teaching methods
