About the role: We are seeking applications from health care workers to join Heathcote Health. The successful applicant will have a demonstrated ability to work within a multidisciplinary team and be committed to providing high-quality services, along with good communication skills and commitment to positive working relationships.

About you As the successful applicant, you will have a Certificate III in Aged Care or equivalent. Have excellent time management, communication, and interpersonal skills. Demonstrated ability to work within a multidisciplinary team. Deliver patient-centered care that meets best practice standards and is in line with Dhelkaya Health requirements. Have a medication endorsement or be willing to undertake a course within the first 3 months of commencement.
