About the Role: As a customer service officer, you will be the vital link between BBM and our valued clients. Based in Northwest, you will act as the key point of contact for a portfolio of customers, managing day-to-day inquiries, coordinating orders, and ensuring project deadlines are met.
You will support the delivery of a wide range of branded solutions, including apparel, promotional merchandise, signage, print collateral, and event materials. This is a hands-on, customer-facing role suited to someone with strong communication skills, a high level of accuracy, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met.
Manage quoting, prepare proposals, and coordinate job requirements to meet deadlines. Support customers in navigating our Vident® portal to streamline their procurement process. Collaborate with the strategic account managers to provide innovative solutions that align with our sustainability goals.
What We’re Looking For: Customer Service Expertise: Previous experience in a client-focused role, preferably in a similar product or service environment.
Industry Knowledge: Expertise in apparel, merchandise, print, and signage will be highly regarded.
Technical Know-How: Proficiency in Microsoft Office and an understanding of industry-leading procurement systems.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication, with a sharp eye for detail.
