Job Details: We are seeking a dynamic and organized individual to join our team as a secretary cum office assistant. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supporting the efficient operation of our office and ensuring smooth communication within the organization.
Key Responsibilities: Assist in day-to-day administrative tasks. Manage and organize office files and documents. Answer and direct phone calls to the appropriate personnel. Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence. Schedule appointments and maintain calendars. Coordinate meetings and events, including room reservations and logistics. Arrange travel plans and accommodations. Input data into the company database and maintain accurate records. Prepare and update reports as required. Monitor and replenish office supplies. Maintain an inventory of office equipment. Act as a liaison between departments. Communicate with clients, suppliers, and external partners as needed.
Key Requirements: Proven experience as a secretary or office assistant. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Attention to detail and problem-solving skills. Discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information.
