Greeting Visitors: Welcome and direct visitors, clients, and callers in a friendly and professional manner.
Telephone Management: Answer incoming calls, take messages, and transfer calls to the appropriate staff members.
Administrative Support: Perform various administrative tasks, such as scheduling appointments, managing calendars, filing documents, and maintaining office supplies.
Data Entry: Input and manage data in office systems, including maintaining records and databases.
Communication: Communicate with clients and staff to address inquiries, provide information, and relay important messages.
Mail Handling: Sort and distribute incoming mail and prepare outgoing mail and packages.
Security: Monitor visitor access and maintain security protocols, such as issuing visitor passes and logging entry and exit times.
