Salary: $105,000-$120,000 (part-time equivalent) or $105-$125/hour (contracting) depending on experience. Plus travel. Location: mobile role across Melbourne Metropolitan (specific location as desired by the therapist!).
Schedule: up to 2 (or more) ongoing days of your choosing!

Key Responsibilities: Conduct assessments, carry out therapy, and construct reports for our NDIS participants (pediatrics and adults). Manage your caseload and maintain accurate participant records. Communicate effectively with participants, their families, and other healthcare professionals. Network with potential stakeholders to help grow the JC Care brand in the local communities. Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure optimal client outcomes.
Requirements: Relevant qualifications and current registration with AHPRA. 2 years of experience working as an occupational therapist (desirable but not necessary). Experience working in the NDIS sector (desirable but not necessary). Currently working with a children's check. Current CPR. A current driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle. NDIS worker screening check (or willing to obtain). Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
