In the role of Fraud Assist Analyst, you’ll join the Fraud Assist team that’s doubling down on customer obsession, moving with speed, and owning it. You’ll be the first point of contact for customers impacted by fraud, helping them feel supported, informed, and confident we’re here to make things right. This is a fast-paced role where you’ll respond with empathy, clarity, and urgency to deliver real outcomes when it matters most.
Each day, you’ll go above and beyond to support customers impacted with empathy when they’ve been impacted by fraud. Communicate clearly in complex situations. Manage competing priorities in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. Help customers feel safe and informed with accurate, timely information. Work closely with your team to deliver a seamless customer experience. We’re looking for the best and brightest to deliver the best for our customers.
You’ll need a passion for helping customers, focusing on driving outcomes and providing much-needed relief. highly developed critical thinking, analytical, planning, and organizational skills that allow you to manage competing priorities and respond to emerging needs. An ability to work collaboratively with various stakeholders at different levels of seniority. Background in customer service where you have been required to drive outcomes.
