THE POSITION: Manage the daily operations of multiple retail outlets within the precinct to ensure efficiency and excellence. Lead, mentor, and support a large casual team, fostering a positive and productive work environment. Drive sales strategies, monitor performance, and achieve revenue targets to maximize profitability. Uphold high standards of service to deliver an exceptional and engaging experience for all patrons.

THE PERSON: Proven background in managing large retail teams and high-volume operations. Strong track record of achieving sales targets and enhancing revenue. Skilled in building relationships with team members, stakeholders, and vendors. Passionate about providing outstanding customer service and enhancing the guest experience.
