Responsibilities: Oversee the feeding and harvesting of fish to ensure optimal growth and production. Monitor water quality, temperature, and oxygen levels to maintain a healthy aquatic environment. Implement disease prevention and biosecurity measures, including administering medications when necessary. Supervise and train farm workers, assigning tasks and ensuring productivity. Manage the procurement and proper storage of fish feed, equipment, and supplies. Maintain accurate records of stock levels, growth rates, mortality rates, and production data. Develop and implement strategies to improve farm efficiency and profitability. Oversee the maintenance and repair of farm equipment and infrastructure.

Requirements & Skills: Bachelor’s degree in aquaculture, fisheries management, agriculture, or a related field (preferred). Proven experience in fish farming or aquaculture management. Strong knowledge of fish species, breeding techniques, and disease prevention. Ability to lead and manage a team effectively. Problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Willingness to work in an outdoor and physically demanding environment. Basic knowledge of financial and business management related to farm operations. Must live in the farm
