This exciting role focuses on engaging with both existing and new customers, with a strong emphasis on technical food knowledge. Reporting directly to the Sales Manager, you’ll play an integral part in achieving ambitious growth targets and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities Achieve sales growth by focusing on expanding product variety within existing customer accounts. Increasing order volumes from current clients. Securing entirely new customers. Manage and achieve sales volumes, targets, and KPIs. Ensure customer satisfaction through excellent service.
Perform general administrative duties, including verifying orders before invoicing. Updating and tracking daily sales figures. Support the sales team with various tasks and functions as needed.
Requirements: Must be comfortable discussing technical food topics. Minimum of 3 years of experience in the FMCG industry. Strong planning and organizational skills. Exceptional sales track record. Computer literacy and proficiency in basic software tools. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. Valid driver’s license and own transport (essential).
