Job Summary: We are looking for a reliable and well-presented laundromat attendant & customer service assistant to join our team. You’ll be responsible for managing laundry from start to finish, keeping the shop clean, assisting customers both in person and online, and handling payments and basic admin tasks.

Key Responsibilities: Wash, dry, iron, fold, and neatly pack customer laundry. Ensure the laundromat is clean and presentable at all times. Engage with customers in-store, over the phone, via WhatsApp, and via email. Weigh laundry loads and calculate charges accordingly. Process cash and card payments and issue receipts. Maintain basic order records and update customers as needed. Report machine issues or concerns to management.

Requirements: Friendly, professional, and customer-focused attitude. Good communication skills—in person, over the phone, and online. Strong self-management skills and the ability to work independently. Motivated, dependable, and dedicated to doing quality work. Basic math and admin skills. Honest, punctual, and trustworthy. Attention to detail and a tidy, organized work style. Able to multitask and stay calm under pressure. Preference will be given to candidates who live in or near Randburg, as this makes travelling to work easier and more reliable. Experience in laundry or customer service is an advantage but not essential.
