CSA Construction Manager. ICDS RECRUITMENT. Location: Dublin City Centre, Co. Dublin. Location type: At the office. Employment type: Full-time. Job type: Permanent. Salary: €70,000 - €80,000. CSA Construction Manager. Location: Belgium.

Job Description: The CSA Construction Manager will be expected to lead, manage, and coordinate the CSA construction scope associated with a data center construction project with strict adherence to safety, time, quality, change control, logistics, and site coordination and security requirements.

Manage the coordination of the civil, structural, and architectural work packages.

Management of site safety in conjunction with the safety advisor, including setup, management, and closing out of files. Management of site QA in conjunction with the project manager and team, including setup, management, and closeout of the file. Management of project schedule in conjunction with Planner, project managers, sub-contractors, and consulting engineers/architects to meet engineering and client requirements.

Management of all costs associated with the project with the support of the project QS, including labor, material, and plant and equipment. Variations. Valuations. Management of all day-to-day site operations. Management of subcontractor activities, including tracking progress against schedule and manpower levels. Ensure that there is a weekly minuted meeting with the subcontractor. Ensure all subcontractor documentation, including safety documentation, is maintained up to date and filed for future reference.

Attendance at site meetings, internal project reviews, engineering reviews, planning and coordination meetings, and handover meetings. Close out all project items, including the final account, O & M manuals, punch list, safety file, QA file, material and plant relocations, and project plan—all with the support of your project team. Issue a daily report to the project manager. Issue weekly safety stats & project labor projections. Hold weekly commercial meetings with the commercial team to ensure all variations are being captured and costs are issued to the client. Develop and implement company procedures with the project managers. Ensure change management is handled correctly (cost & program). Review drawings and setting out details. Produce builders work drawings for services. Carry out, distribute, & close out CSA snags.

Skills and Requirements: A minimum of 5 years’ experience as a construction manager. Good knowledge of design and the construction process. Ability to control and manage people and programs. A trade background or a third-level qualification. Proven record of coordinating and managing large projects.
