Responsibilities: Read blueprints, drawings, and specifications to determine work requirements. Clean and prepare surfaces. Fill joints, nail indentations, holes, and cracks with joint compound using a trowel and a broad knife. Finish corners and angles and create decorative designs in finish coat, if required. Measure, cut, fit, and install drywall sheets. Prepare wall and ceiling layouts. Prepare flooring plans and scheduling. Measure, cut, and install resilient floor coverings. Inspect and repair damaged floor coverings. Inspect, measure, and mark surfaces to be covered.
