About the Role: As a chef de partie, you will play a key role in our kitchen, working closely with the head chef to ensure every dish meets the highest standards. This is an exciting opportunity to showcase your cooking expertise, leadership skills, and passion for quality food in a fast-paced, innovative environment.

Key Responsibilities: Lead and inspire the kitchen team to maintain excellence in every dish. Develop creative, seasonal menus that reflect modern culinary trends. Ensure food quality, presentation, and hygiene meet top industry standards. Manage kitchen operations, including ordering, inventory, and cost control. Foster a positive, team-focused kitchen culture. Collaborate with management to enhance guest satisfaction and grow the business.

What We’re Looking For Minimum 1 year of experience as a Chef de partie or similar role in a reputable restaurant. Strong understanding of food preparation, quality control, and temperature regulation. Experience in seasoning, plating, and garnishing dishes to perfection. Ability to store and handle food safely, including meeting dietary requirements. Strong organizational skills, with the ability to plan menus and estimate food needs. Leadership qualities to train and mentor kitchen staff and apprentices.
