The A-List team is growing, and we are looking to expand our team. We are looking to hire a leasing consultant/property officer to fill a pivotal role assisting our property management team in maintaining a fast-growing portfolio. As a leasing consultant/property officer, you will provide first-class service to our clients and support our property management team. This role will allow you to utilize your communication, organization, and relationship management skills on a daily basis. This role is for someone looking for a career in property management who wants to be part of an expanding, fast-paced, and successful team.

Key Responsibilities: Conducting open inspections. Application screening. Handling rental inquiries via email and phone. Attending photo shoots and preparing properties for online advertising. Ingoing and vacating inspections & reports. Routine inspections. Maintenance coordination. Support to property management team.
