Languages: English. Education No degree, certificate or diploma. Experience Will train. Work must be completed at the physical location. There is no option to work remotely. Work setting. Courier and parcel express service.

Responsibilities: Distribute mail to appropriate recipients or departments. Produce customized labels for letters, parcels, and other packages. Address customers' complaints or concerns. Answer inquiries and complete forms regarding change of address, theft, or loss of mail. Bundle, label, bag, and route mail into the proper delivery stream. Process incoming and outgoing mail manually or electronically. Record special delivery and registered mail. Search directories to find the correct address for redirected mail. Sort mail according to destination.
