Responsibilities: Develop specific plans to prioritize. Follow sustainable soy farming practices such as crop rotation, reduced-till or no-till, water and nutrient management, precision farming technology, and cover crops. Handling animals. Mixing fertilizer. Treat livestock health issues. Provide agricultural crop services such as plowing, irrigating, cultivating, spraying, or harvesting. Coordinate and supervise the work of general farm workers and harvesting laborers. Ensure farm safety and bio-security procedures are followed. Maintain quality control and production records. Supervise and oversee growing and other crop-related operations. Operate and maintain farm machinery and equipment. Perform general farm duties. Supervisory Experience. Supervision. 1 to 2 people.
