We are a well-established venue in the area, catering for lunch and dinner 7 days, as well as functions of up to 60 guests. The kitchen staff are motivated, capable, and loyal, and we operate an environment that is safe, respectful, and focused on the ultimate customer experience. We are seeking an enthusiastic, creative, and well-organized chef to join and lead our team and showcase your passion about delivering the highest standard of food with an understanding of the latest trends and healthy eating. We offer a competitive remuneration, individually negotiated with the candidate based on skill and experience.
Specifically we are seeking a person that has a demonstrable track record in BOH leadership, both from a technical and management perspective, sound people skills, and an excellent communication style, with the ability to foster a healthy team environment. Comprehensive knowledge of kitchen operations (technical and management) and a proven track record in leading and working with a kitchen team. Meeting qualitative and quantitative KPIs covering food quality & consistency, experience across all kitchen sections, and HACCP requirements. Menu development and implementation.
