About the role: We are seeking a skilled and personable Medical Receptionist to join our specialist cardiology practice in Bendigo, Victoria. As a full-time Medical Receptionist, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional customer service and administrative support to our patients and clinical team. This is an excellent opportunity to contribute to the smooth running of a modern, well-equipped medical facility.
What you'll be doing: Greeting patients and visitors in a friendly and professional manner. Scheduling appointments, managing patient records, and handling patient enquiries. Processing of medical payments and insurance claims. Maintaining a clean, organised and well-stocked office space. Providing administrative support to the medical team as required.
What we're looking for Previous experience as a medical receptionist or in a similar customer service role. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong organisational and multitasking abilities with attention to detail. Proficiency in using medical practice software. A genuine interest in the healthcare industry and a commitment to delivering high-quality patient care.
