About the Role: Looking for something different? As a senior physiotherapist, you will lead our onsite physiotherapy and injury prevention programs, driving health and safety initiatives to create better health outcomes for all industrial athletes. Work with some of Australia's leading workplace organizations to prevent injuries using both prevention and injury management skills.
Benchmark movement analytics and identity risk and safety outcomes with access to cutting-edge digital assessment technologies.
Key Responsibilities: Perform pre-employment medicals. Assess, treat, and manage injuries proactively to prevent escalation. Draw up RTW plans and guide management to RTW from both a treatment and rehabilitation service. Identify and address risks early to prevent injuries. Deliver tailored training and education sessions to empower industrial athletes. Utilize world-class wearable technology to enhance safety and health outcomes. Collaborate with shift supervisors and on-site safety leaders to foster a safety-focused workplace culture. Participate in injury management and safety meetings, leading by example and guiding your team.

About You We're seeking a Senior Physiotherapist who: Holds a Physiotherapy degree with current AHPRA registration. Has a minimum of 3 years of musculoskeletal experience (preferred). Brings a proven track record in sports or occupational health teams. Communicates effectively and has a positive, engaging attitude. Is proactive and results-oriented, with a passion for injury prevention and safety.
