Sales Administrator, Sydney. Manage local and international logistics and customer service. Support Australian and global business development initiatives. Critical to its sales, customer service, and business development activities is the accurate and timely processing of its export and domestic orders.
Essential experience and skills for success in this role include timely, accurate order entry; Australian order credit approval and invoicing; and advising ETD and ETA details to all local and overseas stakeholders. Substantial experience in consulting with production in order to scheduling and despatch
Export logistics experience - obtaining shipping/freight rates; booking shipping; liaising with shipping companies; managing all export despatch documentation; managing sea and air LCL shipments; and obtaining customs clearance. Sales administration, including approving freight invoices, maintaining forward order and detailed container despatch schedules, monthly despatch and invoice reconciliation, and some general office duties.
Sales administration support for business development activities. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) and CRM systems. Remuneration comprises an attractive base salary (negotiable depending upon experience), statutory superannuation, and a discretionary bonus scheme. After 6 months full-time in the Lindfield office, there’s the potential to work up to 2 days from home.
