Collision Repair – Estimator, Customer Service. Perfect Auto Body Ltd. Location: Christchurch City, Canterbury. Job type: full-time. Duration Permanent. Perfect Auto Body Ltd is an award-winning accident repair business specializing in insurance repairs on behalf of all major insurance companies. We require an additional estimator with customer service skills to join our administration team.

This position requires a high level of professionalism, a friendly and outgoing personality, and customer service skills that complement the fun but professional working environment in the front office. The role will support our two current estimators and also work alongside our receptionist/customer services manager dealing with customer inquiries, follow-ups, and general administration functions. For the right candidate we are offering an excellent remuneration package that supports the responsibilities of this role.

Key responsibilities: Accurately estimating accident-damaged vehicles. Meeting and greeting and dealing with customer inquiries.  Using iBodyshop estimating and accounting software. Using insurance company web-based estimating/assessing tools. Dealing with insurance company representatives and assessors.

Key competencies: Excellent communication skills. Customer-focused. Computer and IT experience. Excellent organizational skills. Ability to work to timeframes. Panel beating experience.
