Retail Store Supervisor. Fibretech Distributors Inc. Location: Surrey, BC. Salary: 34.75 hourly / 30 to 40 hours per week. Full time. Starts as soon as possible. Languages English. Education Secondary (high) school graduation certificate. Experience 1 year to less than 2 years. Work must be completed at the physical location. There is no option to work remotely.

Responsibilities: Supervise staff (apprentices, stage hands, design team, etc.). Assign sales workers to duties. Hire and train or arrange for training of staff. Exhibit designers plan and develop permanent and temporary or moveable exhibits and displays for museum exhibitions, trade shows, conventions, retail spaces, and other exhibitions. Order merchandise. Authorize the return of merchandise. Establish work schedules. Sell merchandise. Prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters. Resolve issues that may arise, including customer requests, complaints, and supply shortages. Organize and maintain inventory. Supervise and coordinate the activities of workers. Manage cash. Conduct performance reviews. Supervise the office and volunteer staff.
