About the role: The warehouse supervisor will oversee all warehouse operations, ensuring the efficient receipt, storage, and dispatch of food and beverage products. This hands-on role involves stock control, logistics, WHS compliance, and leading a team to meet KPIs in a fast-paced FMCG environment. Reporting to the Supply Chain or Operations Manager, the Warehouse Supervisor plays a critical role in supporting production continuity and customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities include: managing daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, and dispatch of goods. Implement inventory management processes (FIFO/FEFO) and conduct regular stocktakes. Oversee team performance, provide training, and maintain a positive and safe workplace.

Operate warehouse equipment safely and ensure regular maintenance is completed. Coordinate with suppliers, transporters, and internal teams to ensure seamless logistics. This role will initially be based at our Lobethal site and transition to our new Salisbury facility once it opens later in the year. The successful candidate must be open to starting in Lobethal and relocating to Salisbury as part of their role

About you: You are an experienced warehouse leader who thrives in a high-volume environment. You bring a proactive mindset, strong attention to detail, and the ability to motivate a team while upholding food safety and WHS standards.

Other skills and attributes include: proven experience in warehouse supervision, preferably in FMCG or food handling. Strong understanding of inventory systems, WHS regulations, and HACCP/FSANZ standards. Confident using warehouse equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks) and technology. Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills. Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively across departments. For this role, the following documents must be provided prior to a formal offer of employment with Cultivate Food & Beverage. A National Police Clearance (no older than six months old). Evidence of right to work in Australia. 100 points of identification. Pre-employment medical clearance. Light Ridge Truck License. Forklift Licence. Driver’s Licence.
