Education College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years. Experience 2 years to less than 3 years. Work must be completed at the physical location. There is no option to work remotely.
Responsibilities: supervise other workers. Establish and implement policies and procedures. Determine and establish office procedures and routines. Schedule and confirm appointments. Manage contracts. Manage training and development strategies. Answer telephone and relay telephone calls and messages. Answer electronic inquiries. Compile data, statistics, and other information. Advise senior management. Respond to employee questions and complaints. Order office supplies and maintain inventory. Negotiate collective agreements on behalf of employers or workers. Arrange travel and related itineraries and make reservations. Set up and maintain manual and computerized information filing systems. Type and proofread correspondence, forms, and other documents. Assign, coordinate, and review projects and programs. Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations.
