Retail Manager. Ekam Indian Groceries Pty Ltd., Enfield, Adelaide SA. Management: Store (Retail & Consumer Products). Full time. $75,000–$85,000 per year. Full-time position. Education: Diploma of Management or higher. Experience: 1 year plus.  Salary: AUD 60,000.00 to AUD 70,000.00.

Duties:

The duties and responsibilities include formulating and implementing purchasing and marketing policies and setting prices. Promoting and advertising the business goods. Putting groceries, veggies, and fruits on special/clearance sale. selling goods to customers and advising them on quality, maintaining records of stock levels and financial transactions, undertaking budgeting for the business/store, controlling selection, training, and supervision of staff, ensuring compliance with occupational health and safety regulations, and determining stock levels and service standards.
