We require a person to fill a challenging position of accounts and customer services, which includes processing orders, providing quotations for work, invoking, bookkeeping, customer follow-up, in-house sales, etc.

Your high attention to detail, time managementand organisational skills

You will stand out from other candidates through strong relationship-building skills at all levels. Proven financial acumen. Excellent written and verbal skills. A genuine self-starer with proven ability to manage competing tasks and priorities. Be able to use Xero accounting software. A great attitude and a passion for the job are essential! The Role: The responsibilities will include data entry and basic bookkeeping. Both accounts receivable and accounts payable functions. Work with Job Costing. Be part of payroll processing employees and contractors on MYOB. Customer Liaison. Employee record management setup and maintenance. Be involved in other company administration.
