About the Role: Due to expanding our community and agedcare partnership network, we have multiple positions available to join our multi-disciplinary team across Riverwood, Burwood, and Paramatta, as well as more locations to come.

Other Benefits: Salary $90,000-$110,000 (plus more) depends on personality, skills, and experience. Company Car (based on the requirements and role). Phone and laptop. Petrol Allowance for community visits. What does the job involve? Conduct comprehensive client assessments and treatment plans. Develop and run rehabilitation and wellness programs. Residential aged care pain management, enablement, falls preventionand balance programs. Liaise and manage customer relationships in the community. Wellness programs for the community and home-based clients. Be part of the expansion and growth of our seniors' wellness studios.
Skills and Experience: Bachelor's Degree in Physiotherapy or Exercise Physiology. Minimum 5 years of experience in Australia. Aged care and community care programs experience is required. Some positions require Chinese-speaking clinicians (due to specific client cultural needs). Fully registered with AHPRA or ESSA—General Registration ONLY. Be highly motivated and driven. Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively in a team environment. Strong communication and interpersonal skills that develop a rapport with clients to provide premium customer care experiences. Must have an Australian Driver's License and access to a car (if required).
