Full time. $91,472–$112,396 per year. Employment: Permanent position. Full-time or part-time hours can be negotiated. Remuneration package: Up to $112,396 + superannuation, laptop, phone, car allowance, CPD allowance. Our salaries are determined based on level of experience using the NSW Health Service Health Professionals (State) Award.

About Us: We’re a small, close-knit team of experienced OTs delivering community-based occupational therapy services across the region. While we love our bread-and-butter services (home modifications, assistive technology, and housing and support needs assessments), we’re moving into new spaces like therapy supports and aged care services to meet evolving client needs.

About You: A qualified OT with at least 3 years’ experience. Passionate about creating positive change and excited to grow your skills. Values flexibility, autonomy, and a healthy work-life balance. A natural people person who loves to connect and collaborate. Holds a valid driver’s license and has access to a reliable vehicle (this is a community-based role).
