We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented junior quantity surveyor to support our project teams in delivering high-quality civil engineering projects. The ideal candidate will assist in cost estimation, budgeting, and financial management.

Key Responsibilities: assist senior surveyors in preparing cost estimates and budgets. Conduct site visits to monitor progress and gather data. Analyze project specifications and drawings. Support tendering processes by preparing documents and analyzing bids. Maintain accurate records of project costs and expenditures. Collaborate with project teams to ensure compliance with regulations and standards.

Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in quantity surveying, civil engineering, or related field. Strong analytical and numerical skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficient in MS Office Suite and quantity surveying software. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
