Responsibilities: Confer with clients to identify requirements. Document technical requirements to ensure that products, processes, and solutions meet business requirements. Provide advice on information systems strategy, policy, management, and service delivery. Assess physical and technical security risks to data, software, and hardware. Conduct reviews to assess quality assurance practices, software products, and information systems. Robotic process automation. Consult with clients after sale to provide ongoing support.
