Golden Mountain Montessori is seeking a dedicated and experienced toddler lead teacher to join our passionate team. If you have a love for guiding young children in a nurturing and respectful environment, we want to hear from you!

Position Details: Role: Lead Teacher in the Toddler Room. Ages: 12-36 months. Hours: 7:30 AM- 4:30 PM.

Qualifications: Minimum 2 years of experience in a Montessori setting (toddler classroom experience preferred). Deep understanding of Montessori principles and a commitment to implementing them. Loving, respectful, and knowledgeable approach to guiding toddlers. Ability to work collaboratively with a team of dedicated teachers to create the best care and prepared environment. Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
