Do you have what we are looking for? A NZ qualified pharmacist with a valid APC from the NZ Pharmacy Council. Previous experience in team leadership and management in pharmacy is preferred but not essential—especially if you believe you are ready for that next step in your career. Current and up-to-date vaccination qualification. Exceptional leadership/management skills. Drive and passion for growing your store into a successful business. Be able and competent to practice sole charge. Strong people and culture development skills and the ability to drive and grow your store. Motivated and dedicated to continual improvement of the business plan. This is a permanent full-time position, 40+ hours per week (including 1 Saturday per month, negotiable for the right candidate).
