About the role: We are a leading swimming pool construction company in Sydney, delivering high-quality residential and commercial pools. With a strong reputation and a growing pipeline of projects, we are looking for an experienced estimator to join our team and help drive our business to the next level.

What you'll be doing: As our Swimming Pool Estimator, you will be responsible for preparing accurate cost estimates, tenders, and quotes for concrete swimming pool projects. You will work closely with our team to ensure competitive pricing, accurate material take-offs, and profitable project delivery.

What we're looking for Proven experience as a swimming pool estimator or in a similar construction estimating role, with a minimum of 3 years' experience. Excellent understanding of swimming pool construction materials, methods, and industry standards. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to accurately interpret construction plans and specifications. Proficiency in the use of estimating software and tools, such as Microsoft Excel. Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to work to tight deadlines. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise effectively with clients, suppliers, and the internal team.
