About the Role: We need a versatile creative who can bring our stunning jewelry pieces, diamonds, and gemstones to life through engaging visual content, marketing, and a strong social media presence.

Key Responsibilities: Graphic Design: Create eye-catching designs for digital and print (social media, websites, brochures, and campaigns). Marketing & Branding: Assist in developing and executing marketing strategies to elevate our brands. Social Media Management: Plan, create, and post engaging content across all platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and TikTok).

Photography & Videography: Capture stunning product shots and imagery that showcase our jewelry.

Content Creation: Write compelling captions, blog posts, and email campaigns.

Campaign Analytics: Track social and marketing performance to refine strategies to determine KPIs and ROI.

What We're Looking For: Strong experience in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).

Minimum of 3 years plus experience in a digital marketing role. Tertiary qualifications in a marketing, digital, communications, and/or related field. Strong photography, videography, and editing skills. A passion for storytelling, branding, and luxury aesthetics. Experience managing social media platforms that increase brand awareness, audience engagement, and customer conversions. Proficiency in managing Google Ads, Meta Ads, and TikTok Advertising. Experience in developing community engagement strategies to foster a loyal online presence, responding to comments, DMs, and customer inquiries.

Knowledge of digital platforms like Hootsuite, Mailchimp, and WordPress will be highly regarded. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and can manage multiple campaigns at a time. Ability to work independently and bring fresh creative ideas. Opportunity to shape and grow our digital presence and manage micro and macro influencers. Experience in the jewelry and/or luxury industries is a bonus.
